Rewards; At each tier level increase get a ranking. after 10years and you are still at Tier 1 maybe the villagers start sharpening their pitchforks / have to complete certain tasks before you get access to certain traders
Overlays; need a mineral overlay of explored area (icons are too small) and a farming overlay like you get when you have to put down compost would be great.
Troop movement; I know this is not Total War but being able to select a couple of troops then right click where you want them to go would be much better than the very clumsy flag system you have now. You could also use troops to scout more easily, guard a choke point etc.
