Population control is critical to maintaining a balance of surplus in the food supply.
Not to mention how quickly our own once-homeless workers become jaded and petulant, demanding bankrupting levels of entertainment, or they will turn housing into a ghost town by abandoning their homes, without regard to the time of year, having shelter or not.
Every year, sometimes twice a year, the homeless show up at the gates asking for shelter.
Turning them away is more often than not, required to keep everything balanced.
Can we please have a button in the map generation options, to turn these requests off?
