I’m not sure if that’s appropriate for the current round of testing, but hey, I’ll try my luck.
The build in question:
The build came an extremely long way since its inception, benefitted greatly from DE buffs a few patches ago, and had its survivability increased massively both due to balance changes and my own recent revision.
There is only one thing it reasonably lacks at this point. Straight up damage. For that buff, I request a full pierce to cold conversion for RoH to be put on the Chillwhisper set, because the conversion is strictly unavailable to Apostate in any other way.
The build above, as per my own recording, clocks 150-170 Crucible under full buffs swinging from 6.18 to 7.00. 6 minutes with good piloting is probably possible.
Chillwhisper Reaper, who will not be affected by suggested buff (duh), as per the latest build by tqFan, reports Crucible clear time of 4.16 with buffs. From my own experimentation with Reaper, RoH is strictly uncompetitive with BS that are Blade Spirits, and will remain so even after the suggested conversion buff, so all should be good on that front.
Chillwhisper Infiltrators, as per the latest build by Valinov, report Crucible clear time at 5.48. Here’s the thread:
Personally, I haven’t played Infiltrator variant of the set. The build above doesn’t run full pierce to cold conversion and thus will probably be buffed by the change. However, 5.48 isn’t anywhere close to what the Reaper achieves with the set, nor did I see Chillwhisper Infiltrators in the current or previous top20 lists. So I think it’s safe to assume the buff won’t break it.
That’s really it. Please put the pierce to cold conversion on Chillwhisper. It will be a good touch up for Chillwhisper Apostate, who used to be so terrible that there are overall 3 people on this forum, including me, who even tried to make it historically, with RektbyProtoss recently (idk, about half a year ago?) dropping it from his youtube HC series. The build is almost allright now, it’s never going to be gamebreaking, please let it have that last bit of a buff so it can finally become reasonably decent.
