A Shelter is a Shelter

Shelters, be it a permanent home or a temporary shelter in the wilderness, should be a go to for protection from predators. Fishing shacks, forager shacks and other open-air buildings may not be protection from predators, but stronger buildings should provide some protection. Maybe a count down for bears as they are able to destroy cellars over time, the same could be done with shelters. Giving at least some protection until help arrives.

Personally I think fishing and foraging shacks should be counted as shelters. Why not? They have roofs and walls
