So you are speaking the truth? And i am lieing, that’s the subtext, translated?
Did you even understand a single word i wrote?
You perceive droprates as fine or low (idk), i perceive them as high. That’s about the same as: You like tomatosoup, i don’t like tomatosoup. Not the tomatosoup is different, but our taste. I really don’t know how to explain it in a better way.
Ok guys, this is the end of my participation in the forums.
I really don’t know, what i have done to deserve this kind of treatment.
As i already said multiple times: It’s good that the community has a clear opinion, even if it’s not my opinion.
Because it’s good for the game and because i respect your opinion. Since it seems to be too hard for some people here to respect my opinion instead of being dismissive in a childish way, i stop posting from now on.
Oh. Hope that wasn’t cuz of me. I just figured it was as good a time as any to bring up how tasty grilled cheese n tomato soup is. Since you reminded me that I’m overdue and besides everything else was just going in circles and what better way to be happy than food.
The goal with legendary item drop rates is that they are rare enough that you can get excited for them, but not so often that they no longer feel special or finding them becomes mundane. To me they feel like they are hitting that mark. Occasionally I’ll get bursts of several in quick succession (I’ve found as many as 8+ in 1 hour before) but other times I’ve found 0-1 in an hour. Just playing the game normally without trying to do super optimized clearing, I roughly average 3-4 legendaries per hour.
For endgame farming, this feels appropriate. Depending on perspective it may be little on the high side, but I also have to consider that I clear pretty fast. Regardless, I still am excited whenever I see a legendary drop, so they are still achieving their goal. It’s often enough that just about anything is within reach, but it’s going to take some time and effort to find what you want.
lol wow… talk about getting mad easily over nothing… You make a comment about RNG and he flips his shit just because he doesn’t agree with what you said…
I love all these legendary drops… especially seeing as the last 20 werent even close to either my stats or class. So it will still take me 20 hours to get a leg i want XD
Not anyone wants to play 2 years , especially because there are no secured/closed server.
Maybe crate should add a “survival” like option: Less legendary drops, slower working healpotions , higher crafting cost and so on for people like you.
Yes this is what I notice too, I only have one character. But 95% percent of the drops are not for my character, I’m not sure this is a good or bad thing… I just as soon see fewer but more relevant drops.
I used to post here, I was nice at first and friendly but the condescending members on this forum with the complete lack of respect for things that concern you about this game, eventually there isnt any point and you realise its a circlejerk fest and now the game is released anyway theres no point submitting any feedback as the devs are done and the only thing left is just ‘these’ pathetic users who have been here for years lol.
Make a serious post about Armor mechanics and it gets ignored or probably deleted, among others.
This is probably the worst forum ive encountered because of this. I would rather a straight up abusive faceless forums instead of condescending users who have 400023 posts, but dont play the fucking game and let it go into a downward slide into ‘exit game’ and not returning
Many of you circlejerkers/‘yes men’ are kinda the reason the game is SO unbalanced as you didnt provide proper feedback other than ‘games great:D’ to Crate and any time others did they were just shot down and couldnt be bothered anymore
Actually they start dropping from level 50 onwards. You can get 'em in Normal/Veteran although the drop rate is significantly lower than in Elite or Ultimate.
Although not going as far as stating the drop rate is too high, since it’s been ages since I last played in early access and have just logged about 45 hours since release, I now have a 65 Blademaster and I’m in early Act3 Elite and I’ve gotten about 10 or more Leg drops. And yes, I have vendored at least one, since it was repeated
Maybe it’s because I have ran Crownley a few times and tried SoT a few runs as well (although haven’t beat Alkamos at my level) but I guess I’m having a nice run. I guess that if we just cruise through missions only and don’t repeat / farm any “farm spots” the drop will be lower but until I log in more hours and level other chars I can’t state the rate is unbalanced for now. It seems fine also because we should consider that most of em will not be usable in the current toon. I know I have only equipped one out of all the legs I have gotten so far
