I dunno what gives, but when planting a 3x3 area with the arborist, it gets LOUD, it might be wise to tone it down a big notch. My best guess is that it tries to play the tree planting sound 9 times, which boosts it by a lot somehow.

Jup, thats the case. He plays the sounds 9 times, and makes it realy loud.
It is the same when fixing 10 walls in 1 go. Simple by-pass: turn down your volume, do your action, turn volume back up.
But it should be an easy fix… Just a small check if you will play more then 1 of the same sounds. Overrule it, and play the sound only once.
