Both are very similar. While the one I linked maxes all 4 firestrike skills, this topic only maxes 2 of them and goes further into ocultist with the extra points.
I was following this topic because it looks more fun, but the one I linked made it to the build compendium while this topic one didn’t.
Any comments on the differences?
Another question, why not hellhound with hellfire buff? That buff increases my dps a lot.
How do you obtain the green if not from the crossroads?
Am I missing something or is it just missing in the devotion tree?

not to brag or anything, but the other guide is shit, thats why i’m posting mine in the first place, it made it into the compendium probably because he asked while i didn’t bother.
he uses 2 deviltongues over exterminus ie. really bad (no offense, i just fail to see how anyone with a half a brain would use 2x deviltongue over exterminus+deviltongue). the first 2 firestrike skills gives minimal benefit, try it urself and check ur dps difference.
the fact that he has no videos of him clearing end game content, ie. he can’t even beat ultimate. while i have competitive clear times of end game content on farm, is pretty much the living proof.
anyway this topic has come up before, he came here calling me a poser, then copies my devotion in his guide… i don’t want to belabor it since it has been already. just try the builds urself and see the difference.
I know, my opinion at the time is not valid anymore. It kinda makes me sad though.
Ok thanks, I prefered this one anyway. But I wanted to be sure before commiting more ocultist ranks, since there’s no going back after that.
for this build you put all stats points in physique… correct?
so how can i use the items which they need cunning?
around 10 in spirit.
the 50/50 in two masteries give enough cunning to use the weapons needed, hawk devotion reduces rangedweapon cunning requirement also. and i think gunslinger chest may as well. but i did not need any cunning to use the required gear.

it doenst matter, theres enough to link them all, theres only one attack one so that goes to firestrike. everything else to any aura type stuff.

Dude I can definitely be one to back up Jajaja’s build. This shit is crazy. Exterminus gives mark that reduces fire/chaos res… as well as maxing out brim. The minus res alone makes me like it better than dual deviltongues. Also, going all the way for Occultist is fine so long as you get good gear. Getting Possession gives you nice damage absorb, and more spread dps, letting you literally play ‘with 1 hand’ as there’s so much damn regen/heal procs and damage negation. I actually think I have close if not exact BiS items, and now I’m just worrying about Min/Maxing as I’m a stat whore. I’ll post a pic of my items/stat build once i reach 85 to show proof of his build with end game FULL BiS items.

Hi, I am a brand new player to Grim Dawn, your build seems to be extremely interesting.
I am however, lost in the devotion section. Using the search function, you said get Solar Witchblade/Giants Blood ASAP, but how do i get there most efficiently?
I am lost on the pathing for devotion, can i get a list of what to go for in a list? Appreciate any help on the Devotion section guys, thanks!
