Barrels as a transferable resource

I think that it would be nice if the game allowed us to assign barrels to the different storage buildings instead of just auto assigning them.

Straight from my wife’s playthrough:
“I’ve build 4 barrels - where are they?” - “Oh. I’ve found two, but WHY are they THERE? I need them over there”
