Yeah, Enchanted Earth’s % Armor bonus only applies to that of the belt, so the belt only gets about 4 bonus armor. Enchanted Earth is much better in armor slots that have over 1,000 Armor as it takes the best advantage of the % bonuses. Flat armor bonuses like Spellscorched Plating are much better for belts.
