yeah that’s… missing a few things. No sustain, no CC res, low hp, low armor. It’ll die in SR.
But I like the creative use of EoR

has cc res (the 2 necessary ones atleast )
eor is Clarity of Purpose point, i always leave that out so sheet stats aren’t skewed by accident (learnt the hard way

Does it always apply them? 
if you have a habit of having the (yellow) temp buff slot activated where blood of dreeg/pneumatic burst etc pseudo perma buff, yes
