charcoal kiln feels a bit too OP compared to coal mine, i understand that coal should be accessible, but the numbers seem a bit off, i think kilns should be nerfed.

You need more labor to get the same output not? How is that too OP?
not that much labour
also put a J button here, im a long time player and I didint know about this feature untill i accidentaly pressed the button during test ( I dont read patch notes)
there is nothing to point on screen to policies unless i missed it?
