Citizens should live near work place not on the opposite side of city

Hi Team.
I have noticed that some of the citizens live very far away from their work places. therefore excessive time walking to the job is required. This is then made worse at mid to current end game when the city is quite large. This happens even when there are new dwellings closer to work place.

Id suggest the settler to me re-homed closer to their place of work.

Yeah, agree with this. Wouldn’t necessarily need to re-home villagers but new job assignments could go to the closest laborers first.
