I think the policy for coal use in houses should also work for other buildings that use firewood, such as the brewery and bakery.
I fully agree. Maybe it could be toggled at each industry building from wood to coal?

With all the idle time my citizens seem to have, if they can’t bother to keep the luxury houses they reside in clean, then I don’t care. LOL
