AoM Update:
Few words: minor change in devotion to grab Rumor and behemoth;
gearing is same as before, my actual set up use ravager helm (you can loot the purple lvl94 in elite) for bit more RR and took some Grava Thul pants even if those arent the post rolls the +3 nightchills is better than solael imo, and the ADCTH lost on solael is caught back on ravager helm.
Also i hesitate to put seal of annihilation on amu instead of focusing prism, for now i stay with +5% crit dmg.
my rolls arent best, with an additional kings affixe, or flesh hulk/thunderstruck etc to cap stun ill be able to save points from conversion (maiven).
Malmouth faction offers also an augment that gives you flat cold and aether res, that can help you on res, not sure if its better than creeds cunning that i keep for now but the +hp is sure welcomed on this char.
As usual, use boots/pants/shoulders to cap resists, also new components will help you a lot on this.

Anyway always wanted to build around alkamos weap and that new leg from recent update got right on time, so here it is in pics: (Pneumatic and Lethal Assault up)
Yeah i know “no winter king crown wtf man ?” of course i tried it, but dont like the skill that much and i prefer gameplay without, also clairvoyants hat give that +1 all skill, some usefull aether res and cd reduction so why not ?
Same goes for alkamos rings, prefered to go with eternal haunt and cold rr
If needed i can post set up with rings set and crown (loosingchilldread mantle at same time :/)
Anyway, with this current set up, clearing speed is decent enough imo; pretty nice single target dps, didnt tested yet nemesis except fabius and had 0 issue with him in several runs; sure mirror and blade barrier is pretty safe combo; in general id say gameplay has a nice dynamic feeling that you may lost with winter king crown skill, at least thats how i felt.
Didnt and wont test in crucible, but i think it may get rekt pretty fast in gladiator, aint a glass canon char, but you know, not so far from that

Most Legendaries are needed since lots of +skills are used, not to mention some nice procs and most of all Icechill from night Embrace amulet
Still a word about mastery badge (mine is +5 ABB but SS will work ofc), if you dont have one and/or prefer a bit safer gameplay you can totaly switch to mark of divinity winning a bit of elemental res but i prefer BoM for OA/DA bonuses on proc.
Use whatever you want/have to cap res, with this set up, pants boots and one ring should be enough to get decent res, again if you want to go with alkamos rings and winter king crown you will have to change your shoulders, which means -4 to night chill; but its up to you. Also you can switch gear depending on what youre running but i prefer to have a single set up, again its up to you.
Whatever the gear you have try to get decent OA, at least 2.5K (keep in mind we have lethal assault) since blizzard has 100% chance to proc on critical.

Use shadow strike to engage then ABB then (or before) RoS, everything should die before you finish this, heroes will die on frostburn anyway;
for bigger bosses just engage with icechill laugh at its frozen face and nuke it; still becarefull even if frozen you may get hit a bit, always be prepared to use PB and/or mirror.
for example you can “facetank” fabius without any issue.
Same deal with MQ, be carefull at engage and be prepared to hit PB, use nullification on aura, no need to kite, you should not need blade barrier my best kill time so far is 14s.
Still becarefull this aint a tank at all, play it like a pierce dw bm grins
