The first Tyrael encounter was really nasty, yeah freeze resist may help you, you can drink a Hoarfrost Ointment from the basegame to increase it :slight_smile: Furthermore the last Tyrael encounter nearly got you, but great one you DID it! very good, i think beside from Tyrael itself, the rest was not really something to be afraid of that mega much, at least in my view, what was your feeling overall? Was there a lack of enemy damage stats or more lack of defense stats overall? In my playtests in the past hours i felt, overall the defense of enemies has to be upped again, offensive stats not really in my oppinion. Just slightly, but will wait for more feedback.
What also have come to my mind while playing and abusing the Portable NPC’s is, that we really do not need epic + legendary gearitems at the gamble mechanic aswell, as we now have access to all available epics + legendarys via the Shadowmend NPC’s, aquired for additional Combo Orbs, which shall be harder to earn in the end then Blood Shards, so i will rework this mechanic to just give out rare gearitems via Gambling for next update.

Not much help. Tyrell purging the buff with high frequency(many D3 BOSS too), the only way is change some equipment for permanent Freeze、Petrify、Slow、Trap resistbut will lost much damage or surrival. so from 105 start will get lots threaten from many kinds monsters.
Avoiding and reducing the casting frequency as much as possible is helpful for higher survival

But yeah it is shard 105 and should really be challenging :slight_smile: Have you upgraded all your gear already with Combo Shards for the completionbonus min/max on what you need? have you taken some shattering upgrades from Shattering Blacksmith I? for example gearhand not aiming to basegame classskills, but has potionmodifiers which may also help you, even if the basegear is more for basegameclasses. Furthermore there is the chance to obtain the Omega Mastery Buffs, just has to be farmed outside of SR :slight_smile: Have you used Elixir of Constitution? Mainly our endgame foodbuff now, already increased the levelreq :slight_smile: Let me know if it is too hard or too easy :slight_smile:

Didnt use any Ointment and Omega buff now. if use these will increase high survival , but I think is time to use it .
Base item almost upgraded, but no min/max demand, because need lots of Combo shard or other shard, and I dont like farm.
Now just wait for need D3 NPC to upgraded Pet damage.

for increase difficulty of super BOSS , some suggest.
1.can reduce the character’s maximum resistance (include Freeze、Petrify、Slow、Trap )
2. increase boss movement speed
3. increase boss control skill (Freeze、Petrify、Slow、Trap )
4. increase boss Field of vision
5. increase boss HP recovery

Great, so i guess it is not too easy atm, just small adjustments here and there, think will better put some more love into the bosses then adjusting the playerchar stats again, as this would imbalance it globally again :slight_smile: for more upgrades on the D3 side the new NPC will be filled out over the next weeks, i have been busy a bit with other stuff the last few days and was mostly doing the general balancing act here :slight_smile: I guess for next update some D3 items can be upgraded, atm adjusting modifiers already.

SR monster damage is enough, when I change to damage equipment I will easy to die.

These items coming from those troves, why useless? xD Don’t think so, they even have D3 affixtables linked. And 2 Orbs because the reward is stacking, means you first only get pants (51-100) for 1 Orb, then you get pants + shoulders (101-150) for 2 Orbs, pants + shoulders + weapons (151-200) for 3 Orbs and on last chest you get pants + shoulders + weapons + chestarmor (200+) for 4 Orbs, completly random on output with really crazy statcombinations. The reason only 1 chest will spawn with the stacking rewards is, that if i want to spawn 4 chests, they spawn on top of each other, that was really bad because you had to open the 3 on top to reach the bottom one
, and i do NOT know how i can set any coordinate for further chests to spawn :frowning: soo, this was the only viable option that i found to make it work better, in my oppinion at least ;D

How viable is just doing shattered realm? Will I be missing out on a lot of content or power if I only want to do shattered realm from the start and all the way through or what would be the best way to make that possible?

You can level up via the SR to 100, that is np, but you need to farm outside of the SR for Hero Souls, Boss Souls, Nemesis Souls and Treasure Orbs, which you need for special upgrades. Besides from that the Omega Nemesis Bosses will not spawn in the SR, they also give special rewards, aswell as leveling your Omega Level, which needs previously mentioned Souls aswell.

this Azmodan black circle effect realy crazy damage, if I inside 3hit can kill me.

now from 115 everything can threaten for me. need lot of ointment to improve survival.

Yes that special attack of Asmodan is really nasty, i even adjusted it to be less evil especially with stun/traplock.
I think its fine to use everything you can on shard 115 isn’t it? :smiley: I am working on the Shattering NPC for D3 items, it might get easier with those upgrades. There shall be a challenge! :DD Making good progress, for next update at sunday i guess, you can already upgrade amulets, boots, belts, rings and gloves, heads will take a bit longer as these affixes shall be very unique, amulets can be a bit weird as i took basegame modifiers for D3 skills as a “ok for now”, works most of the time, but surely will also be adjusted when the time is right :slight_smile: really alot new possibilities to upgrade your D3 chars then :)) be curious! :slight_smile:

There is a problem of incompatible translation for help:

Because of the use of the same name “mq_spiritguide. qst”, when playing Omega or ComboMod, there will be differences in task conversations. This is no problem in English, but when translated into other languages, there will be conflicts, and you can only choose one or the other.

I tried to change it The file name of .qst has no effect. Can you change the name of “mq_spiritguide. qst”?

As mentioned before, you can NOT change that name of that questfile, as it is linked via the mapeditor to the mainmap as a mainquest with an ID i guess, this may not change, ONLY if you set a new quest ID for this in the mainmap i guess, which i will not touch in any way anytime soon. This is no issue at all as the mainquest is not needed for the game, it is just like “hello you found the spiritguide, ty, here some xp and bye” xD nothing more, nothing less. In addition, you can not create any new quests for the game unless you create new quest ID’s in the mapeditor. This has not been done at all, so simply an existing quest has been swapped for this. This is the same way the Omege War Officer was handled. :slight_smile:

edit: this Amulet I almost roll 300 times but didnt see + Familiar limit affix, is this affix not on amulet or just unlucky ? BTW I already see other + pet limit affix.

About the searched affix on amulet → out of 1099 possible prefixes/suffixes there are 5 possible pre/suffixes for the raven, all from the basegame, yes 1 of them is for increasing spawns +1, just checked → guess you was unlucky then :frowning:
Bosses seems to be very doable, except for those 2 skills you mentioned, as it seems, very good :slight_smile: I guess it is a bit “too” easy atm, but next update will change alot again :)) made good progress, structure for ALL new shattered affixes is way better now and tomorrow i will start to do the headgear, everything else is already “good for now” → you will loose the Shattered Upgrades due to this, but do not worry, the items will NOT vanish :slight_smile: just needs to be shattered again then. I think on sunday the next update will arrive :slight_smile:

0.3s killed by adria, see that skill effect, damage almost same black circle but small scope, relatively easy to avoid. I think dead reason is reduced resistance by hero monster & adria together then one hit to dead. (so this two skill have reduce %life ? check it.)

Also I found Zolkun skill kill Pet fast because + resistances % over maximum for pet is not enough.

U should post some Nemesis skill and damage type on PDF file or some where let us konw how to avoid and defense them.

Great feedback as usual mate. Yes that skill from Adria should have “reduction in life%” as offensivestat, can really be cruel, and i will see what i can do about it :slight_smile: Shall be hard fun but not instakill with these stats we already have :))
For Zoltun and Asmodan → i have already adjusted them and tested out, main reason for that big portion of damage from Zoltun Bloodspike was simply that i linked it (out of laziness xD) to a basegame skill which definitly is not balanced for that boss, now it should be! :slight_smile: Tests running good, testing atm various upgrade mechanics for the D3 items, works good, only heads should be left for next week, will try to write patchnotes even today and upload this for you, as this will make balance AGAIN much different :smiley:
Also, really important to know, i have overhauled the Gambling Part → NO more epics + legendary gearitems from that, ONLY rares, as we have now access to ALL epics + legendarys via the Shadowmend NPC’s via Blood Shards and additional Combo Orbs, that seemed to be obsolete to me, also i think this way we can give more weights again to epics + legendarys as they can come out completly different with the new completionbonus. in addition you can then upgrade nearly all items vie the Shattering Blacksmiths to even increase their power on top! Should be more then enough and also HARD enough to get this all balanced in the end, but we will see :slight_smile: Great fun with an even greater game, still so in love with it :)))
