sure it is not a bad idea but i can’t do it atm because when i have time for modding i really try to focus the bows, atm at the legendary ones, filling in augments and modifiers :slight_smile: creating this pet could be a task for you, if you like build one and we put it in afterwards, my todo list is pretty long already :slight_smile:

Time to make and create I even have, what I don’t have is not even an experience with pet mods, I will have to try to learn, it would be good.Two things I’d like to learn how to create, mod pets and mod armor skins.

An update will be available in a few moments. Finally we have bows here aswell from the amazing RoT mod <3 Alot of cleanups have been done, things have been fixed and some balancing aspects also have been targeted, i guess :slight_smile:

  • NEW: Portable NPC18, Exchange D2 → added all the weapons from the D2 mod;
  • NEW: “Charactersize Resetstones” → new consumableitem to restore the original charactersize IF needed, for example while beeing on the Headhunter Buff → can be crafted at all available craftingstations for a very low price!
  • CHANGE: D3 additional enemies → MINLEVEL for all pools has been set to level 20 to destress lowlevel characters! thanks for the overall feedback about this <3
  • FIX: basegame → tag for trapenemy “Volcano” seperated from “Ugdenbog Gas Cloud”;
  • FIX: basegame → “records\terraintextures\grass\poly_grassweedsgreen.dbr” → removed missing BumpMapFileName1;
  • NEW: integrated BOWS from ROT → adjusted animationfiles for this task, especially the RANGED CLUSTERS! → STAFF has been configured to be the BOW as seen in RoT → 24 bows (common) have been integrated and can be aquired via the GAMBLING mechanic! bows have tierlevel 5-80 as usual and can roll affixes for basegame and D3 accordingly, D2 will follow → each of the new 24 bows can be aquired on all tierlevels with according affixes and augments; all epic and legendary bows have been integrated from RoT aswell, with their itemskills and skillmodifiers and have been added to global loot; all epic and legendary bows also have been added to the D2 Exchange Blacksmith; the MI Bow from RoT has been added to the Horadric Cube and can be crafted for an adequat pricetag;
  • CHANGE: basegame classes + D3 classes + D2 classes → adjusted ALL skills for qualifying weapons accordingly to also use BOW(staff) when a RANGED WEAPON is needed!
  • CHANGE + FIX: Exotic Rare gearitems → changed color of the affix tags to avoid color tag issues;
  • CHANGE: D3 class Barbarian → skill “Call of the Ancients” → increased cooldown from 50 to 60 seconds, decreased granted damage absorption a bit;
  • CHANGE: D3 class Demonhunter → Vengeance → reverted to be ONLY usable with ranged weapons!
  • CHANGE: D3 class Demonhunter → Entangling Shot → changed specialanimation + added a tiny cooldown;
  • CHANGE: Grim Soul additional spawns → increased experience granted;
  • CHANGE + NEW: Grim Souls → the spawnmonster for the additional enemies now acts as a PORTAL with an added UNUSED effect from the D3 Mod → “adria_bloodsigil.dbr” → this was used only by the “shrine-diablo-boss” Adria from the original mod in the newest version, which will not be used here; the portal itself DECREASES overall damage and resistances for a short time, beware!
  • CHANGE: Grim Souls → this INNATE SKILL BUFF is now a durationbuff which can be SWITCHED ON and OFF, for people who do not like this mechanic :slight_smile:
  • CHANGE: consumableitem “Lifestealer Oil” has been reclassified as “Lifestealer Elixir”, increased lifesteal by 3 percent + added defensive slow lifeleach therefor!
  • NEW: Treasure Troves have been granted with a new dynamite mapnugget;
  • CHANGE: global enemypower has been slightly increased → “records/skills/nonplayerskills/passive/damage_totaladjuster.dbr” → scaled to level 100 + increased physical and total damage + added OA; “records/skills/nonplayerskills/passive/damagebase_physical01-06.dbr+damagebonus_physical01-05.dbr+damagebonusranged_physical01-02.dbr” → increased min physical damage by 15%;
  • CHANGE: basegame Nemesis Bosses → all of them have been granted with TWO Archetype Powersets to increase their difficulty accordingly, because they were pretty underwhelming since a long time in my opinion and this is a simple way to adjust this!
  • CHANGE: Hero Archetypes → cooldown of their INITIAL “Skill_PassiveOnHitBuffSelf” has been decreased by 50% for better overall performance;
  • CHANGE: DNB → Azmodan, added the new pfx to his “Lavavortex” skill;
  • FIX: DNB + Vision Boss → Cowking → less MOOOH soundeffects! ;D
  • CHANGE + FIX: Vision Boss Diablo → decreased attackpower of some of his skills for lowlevel characters;
  • CHANGE: ONB → Fabius → overall attackpower decreased a bit, foremost for his Bladenova Proc and his Blade Barrier and foremost for lowlevel characters;
  • INTERNALLY: alot of source-folders cleaned up and sorted out; all leftover unedited sourcefiles finally went to the resource-injectstructure for better seperation;

It’s already a 2nd time I couldn’t leave dungeon (steps of torment, Port Valbury etc) after killing the last boss, as well as not being able to loot the main chest; locked by powerful presence. Notable, boss died in ~1.2 sec.
anyway, enjoying Elite so far; when do you think it’s adviseble to turn the ONB quest ON? I’m having somewhat easy time, the only real danger so far is when Balthazar spawns; at least my dmg is good enough so that I can kill him during my round of defensive cds.

Thanks for the feedback i will look into it tomorrow.

I would suggest to take the Omega step at level 50-60ish, as soon as you have your resistances semi-up and you doing enough damage to everything else, also prepare some buffpotions anyway as they are still pretty tough at lower levels for sure :slight_smile:

Gotta clear some of the skills that do NOT scale from appearing on item bonuses. example: just found a rare item that gives +3 to lightning hydra (multiheaded affix). Which sucks, because it’s ‘Hydra’ skill that scales dmg; ‘lightning hydra’ only converts its dmg from fire, extra points do nothing to it.

uhoh; d3 gems/radiant diamond pattern requires wrong gem (t3 instead of t4) (at portable gambling blacksmith II).

edit: now I see that flawless diamond(t4) requires…flawless diamond(t4) to craft. Well, here’s the swap :slight_smile:

description of Exoting Summon Stone(1) says it has very high refresh time; seems like a thing from an older patch; right now it doesn’t restock for minutes at the time.

what was the idea behind making exotic summon stone(2), the one with epics? aren’t epic items generally trash? so far I’ve been wearing only exotic gear from gambler and like 2-3 double rares (that exotic gear is usually quite OP, feels nice having 5.5k oa/da lol
either way, the exotic summstone(2) is just a trash loot for most players (the only use I’d see is someone playing from lvl1 AND refusing to use exotic gamble gear), so suggestion: remove it from item drop pool and make it a vendor item/craftable. This way it’s still available if someone wants it.

you can shatter it at the according Shattering NPC, and is not dropping as much as Summon Stone 1, so it will stay in at the moment, not a biggie, maybe will change that in the future :slight_smile:

I still haven’t looked into shattering, gotta wait until legendary items get as good as rares :stuck_out_tongue: or idk, maybe I’m missing out. Also I’m not really dismantling anything, not sure if I should…?

This weapon is 3x the damage of anything else I had found so far :open_mouth:

don’t underrate legendary gearitems when they have been shattered :slight_smile:

you should as you can be lucky to get the new currency “Exchange Orbs” at a low chance :smiley:

that might be and due to the high flat additional damage it should be op for sure :smiley: the gambling mechanic has not been touched for a long time and these things might happen, i think with gdx3 and the ability to reroll all rare items anyway, this might get revamped :slight_smile:
