I have a few towers which are all currently unmanned. I also have a barracks building which I have disabled. So I have zero soldiers. Yet I have to pay 95 bucks a month for soldiers training? Why is that?
Towers have an upkeep unless you disable them, 0 guards or not.

Maybe the text should be changed from ‘Education for soldiers’ to ‘Upkeep for watch towers’?
