Yeah it shows it’s bad in this case. But even in optimal scenario is not that good. You can get maybe like 7% more DPS from it which is not terrible but farm from what you’d expect.
I think it’s skippable if you can take sth more impactful in devo like Chariot / Behemoth or sth instead.
Some build with matching damage type could take these weapon augments with 15% Reduced target’s resistances
Also it’s speeds up the kill time of enemies you are already fast against which is the reverse of what you would want.
