Crown of the Revenant King - Caster Helm?

I confess I haven’t followed the changes of the Crown of the Revenant King over the months(/years?), so perhaps there was once a time when it made sense to be a caster item, but nowadays with its Mythical variant giving huge bonuses to Smite and Righteous Fervor, I don’t think that caster-armor status is justified.

Suggestion:
Convert (Mythical) Crown of the Revenant King from a Caster Armor piece to a Heavy Armor piece.

Pros:
Gains about 500 armor on the slot.
Loses a Spirit Req.

Cons:
Loses 4.5 Energy Regen (unless has mercy).
Physique Req. spikes.

Sounds resonable, yet there is a tiny problem…

holyfckingsht Vit RF sucks so bad. It’s unbelivably atrocious. There’s like 0 actual damage on that thing, despite %rr from both masteries and huge amount of flat damage.

The real question - why would anyone use it for RF with such weird modifiers.
If its mean as AA item, then switch +1 necro to +1OK, remove random MoE modifier and switch ADCTH to extra targets on Smite.
Or rework as caster item with %CDR roll and Aegis modifiers? There is like 0 support for vitality aegis.
