I am really feeling like an idiot to ask this question. But i am confused about it.
If i would have 100% Block Chance and -100% Block Recovery, what will happen if i would get hit by multiple strikes at the same timeframe? Will they be all blocked?
If above is true, does that mean that there is no limit to the amount of block instances per timeframe?
