Does loot with Cataclysm skill affixes drop from monsters/chests, or is it only available from the Cataclysm merchant? I ask because I haven’t found one yet and I’m already level 19. I’ve found items with other mastery skills, but the majority of the items drop with base Grim Dawn skill affixes.
