Alright, I guess we’ll do this dev-centric stream this Friday at 2pm EST (7PM GMT).
I’ll pretend that I can actually get something productive done during the stream so I’ll try to work on some of the encounters in the upcoming Ancient Grove roguelike dungeon. In the meantime, you can ask me questions.
Focus will be on the technical/development side (ex. how did you implement X? Or how does Y work? What does a Crucible level look like with all the scripts/trickery exposed?), so it’s a good opportunity if you’re interesting in modding, game development in general or just what makes a game tic (or not tic).
Awesome. This will be a really interesting stream.

Only for the Bug Reporting forum! That’s the only place I’ve seen a formal declaration that bumping should not happen.

You haven’t fought Benn lately have you? He is more dangerous than Maiden vs low armor builds now.
If you mean his physical attacks then yes, his and Moose’s Physical attacks have always been threatening but when you compare him to other nemesis he’s the easiest one to outwit and deal with even now
But you said Benn physical attacks were weak. Now i’m confused.
Probably but he’s far from a disgrace imo. The only thing he could need is something a little more spectacular like Valdaran’s teleports or Moosilauke’s metamorphosis. but he’s really dangerous for casters because he can prevent them from kiting with his trap and he strikes really hard (like Moose as you said). Moose in the other hand is painful for melee, Valadaran forces you to overcap your lightning resist but isn’t very dangerous if you do so.

Then I’d still say he doesn’t do enough damage when compared to Moose or Shar’Zul
His attack is threatening and can deal decent damage but compared to Shar’Zul he is nothing in my experience
Shar’Zul is one of the few chthonians who has killed my character. Ben has yet to drop me below 50%
And in the context of that video. Grava also took a lot of damage and still manage to kill both of them. Ben might have tanked them but he couldn’t dish out enough damage
I don’t know if it’s still doable but at one point you could trap him using his own crystals
Shar’Zul never procced any circuit breakers against me but Benn has, several times. Shar’Zul difficulty is really blown out of proportion in my experience, mainly because i have caster builds who can facetank him.
Alex and Valdaran were actually focusing on Benn for a majority of the fight, Alex even used his meteor on him. If Grava’s aura works on Nemeses, then the fight was really one sided.
