I see the notification options have been tweaked a bit, but one change feels suboptimal. All disease events have been rolled into a single options, but previously I had it set to only show when people had developed into serious illness or died from illness. That gave me the information to know there was a serious outbreak happening (something I would take action in response to), without being constantly spammed by minor illness (something I would ignore).
