Currently, it looks like streamers and regular players alike are using alot of double walls which, contrary to the nature of the rest of the game, does not look particularly hostorically accurate.
First I would like to suggest a new tier of wall that is much thicker featuring crenellations and, if at all possible, a walkable strip of stone behind said crenellations for soldiers to stand behind.
A simpler solution might be to add a new texture in to the game whenever the engine detects a two-thick wall which fills in the gap. I know this was a fix used by another game (Going Medieval I think) and worked very well.
Oh no obviously the tactic is sound, which is precisely why I think the developers should consider either adding another tier so that the double wall isnβt needed, or adding a feature which visually makes them look like a single, thicker wall for aesthetic reasons.
