I have looked every year for over 10 years and no trader has offered sand. No trader has ever offered to buy cows, etc.
Please increase the amount of trading options and frequency. No use having money if you can’t buy the materials that the map no longer provides.
You are most likely missing traders arriving since there currently isn’t a very obvious notification for it happening.
That said, traders do not buy cows currently. Off the top of my head, I think a Tier 2 trader offers sand.
