The option to disallow composting for the selected field
use case: Early to mid-game, when compost is still a rare resource, I’d like to exclude newly tiled fields from auto-composting so they don’t take away from the production-fields. Those new fields are not production ready yet, but have some years of maintenance+clover scheduled until they are prepared and the capacity is actually needed. -
Display the field-id & field-size from ‘Crop Summary’ also in ‘Crop Field’-window itself, so you don’t have to guess-access fields from the ‘Crop Summary’ to learn these stats.

Switch the compost setting from lowest fertility to highest might work.
Yeah thanks, I know about that option. This doesn’t quite work out as intended, because new fields might have already high or even higher fertility but still have much rocks and weeds.
Switch to doing it manually yourself so you can put it on to whichever field/s you want.
That would work obviously, but I’d like to keep the convenience of auto-composting. Instead of manually applying compost for potentially up to a few dozen fields over and over I want to switch auto-composting off/on once for a field.
