[Feedback] How to nerf N&O and keep it alive

From my observations, Allagast’s performance in v1.0.7.1 is about on par if not still slightly ahead of v1.0.6.0 entirely due to other buffs it and its skills received.

So not really true.

However, I’m sure Allagast users will be pleased to be even stronger soon.

Even if that’s true, the counter-intuitive nature of the current Star Pact with Allagast is really off-putting, so I’m glad to hear that changes are coming. Thank you very much!
