Feedback to Trees, Tradors, Ressources, Roads, Production & more

Hi everyone, I also wanna give some feedback, some are already mentioned, but to show that I agree I add them too. I play the pacifist mode, this was also a reason why I bought this game, I don’t like fighting.

  1. Ressources are not balanced enough in the World, it took me a lot tries to find a map which is ok, in my current world Sand was lacking, have only found 1 which is sad, because it is needed for planting.

  2. Trees, you desperatly need wood for buildings and production, but I miss a way to re-plant them. The regrow is too slow and there are too less which regrow.

  3. Tradors, they mostly sell goods I don’t need and often buy goods I cannot sell. Years are gone and no trador offers me farm animals - cows, without I cannot produce milk and cheese even I have the farm building ready. PLEASE improve this.

  4. Menue - In the buildings Map please add the numbers how many are build

  • an additional buildings map would be helpful to easily jump to it.
  1. Roads, please give an option to toggle trees on/off.

  2. Rotation, buildings can not be rotated, infinitely variable. This would be helpful.

  • there is a blank option under setting, but I cannot set a key, is this for rotating?
  1. Production, I would like to set a decent number, to cap, now I must stop production, a reminder message would be helpful too, which are stopped, it is easy to forget to enable again.
  • And Iwould like to change the working area for more buildings like for school, market, rat chaser etc.
  1. Storages, Some of my storages tell they are full, but there is no number shown, what the maximum is, and it is not possible to mark what products to be stored in each, for logistics it would be better if we an manage that individually - like deactivating slots, this way default is all, but then I can change it.

  2. I miss a simple public healer, like a hearbal witch, the collectors could have this role, I am sure they know everything of what they collect :slight_smile:

For now, maybe more is coming soon.

#8 Storages : you can actually select for each storage building which good you want/don’t want. Just untick each good icon you don’t want to store in your storehouse/root cellar/stockyard, on the storage building UI

By default, you’re using TAB key to rotate buildings.

Like for work camps, hunter and forager’s hut, you can change the working area of rat chaser. For School and Market, you can’t though, since those buildings have a desirability radius.

OMG, really, I didn’t try it, was just an idea yesterday. It has been a long time since I last played games like settlers or anno. Thanks for the hint. I could imagin that a lot people may don’t know this, a hint in the game would be helpful.

Yes, you are right. But I would like to set the working area for those which have a desirability radius too, f.i. for school, because it would be a little bit easier to place and enhance the building experience.

Yes, but I don’t mean the tab rotating. In the settings is an extra option called (in my game other language, not english) something like “rotate building to other direction”, which is blank. I don’t know how to set a key, it does not work to set and what this option does or if it is a mistranslation.

According to a Dev reply, it’s not used anymore as a keybind option : Rotate Building Opposite can be rebound to different keys, but does not actually work - #2 by Zantai

So, TAB is the way to go :slight_smile:
