noticed on a judgment char, same deal with bone harvest and wendigo totem. pretty sure it cropped up with the hotfix and was fine on the major patch.
+1 from me on this also same is true for the grenado MI medal “kymons badge”.
Also true for skills: Tectonic Shift, Artifact Handling, etc.
