If i have a limit on logs that has been met, I have stone turned off (or there is no stone to collect) and there is no planting to be done, why doesn’t the camp pause like other buildings and return the Forrester workers to the labor pool?

Not sure but my guess is that the Workers are on standby if a space to plant opens up or the work area shifts to an open area/area with stone.
Anyone tried using a cap on logs with a work camp that is set to all logs (or vice versa for stone)?
