Whatever you want. You can use them with a new character, providing you can manage to give them the tokens, or you can do it at whatever level they’re at. But until FG comes out it’s not possible. And you will need at least one character who’s been through Elite and into Ultimate to be able to buy them at the vendor in FG’s hub.
The set looks like something that ancient Egypt wear at a ritual. Really interesting, although maybe looks too much…

Wow, that’s really nice… I think the green one with the many eye-slots is Dreeg related. Reminds me of the carvings on the Dreeg altars we have seen.

- Is it currently known if the new shrines (as well as the old ones) on Ultimate will require expensive payments to unlock - like relics?
- Will the factions be unlocked?
My concern is loss of constellation xp and reputation due to playing on Ultimate without powers and factions unlocked. - Is it the final decision to make the tokens be sold in the new quest hub? I think many players would love to start a new character on Ultimate without spoiling a part of the new act with an older char.
Anyway, thanks to the devs for this option. That’s an ARPG experience I’ve been personally looking for since Diablo 1:)

I don’t think so, but with Writs, Warrants and Mandates being buffed you can earn faction rep even quicker.

Yes, it’s a final decision as far as I know. You will need to get one character into FG Elite/Ultimate to be able to buy the merit tokens for that difficulty. You don’t necessarily need to spoil the new content though. Just run a character through the base game up end of Act 1 Elite/Ultimate then go to the FG expansion on that difficulty. Just because you can start FG at a low level doesn’t mean you have to.

Emblem (req. lvl 15) >> Rune (req. lvl 33) >> Glyph (req. 50 lvl)

I’ve noticed that too. Seems to be the movement skill hierarchy (with higher runes to come?).
A little inconsistency there:
Glyph of Rahn’s Might is level 33, Glyph of the Ravenous Wendigo is level 50.
