If anyone was sitting the fence on Magicka, waiting for a sale, go check out steam today. 6.24Euros for the whole set, game and all DLC.
Yea, pretty sweet. Also, the 4pack for friends for 7,50 is a pretty nice deal (you donât get the DLC, but that does give the most bang for your buck, as most DLC is either extra arenaâs or robes/staffs).
Imma get the 6,24 one for 3 friends for our upcoming LAN party
TW2 on sale on Steam and D2D - D2D has it for 12.49.
Alpha Protocol only $2.00 on Steam. Thatâs a steal in my opinion.
GoG.com D&D Classics up to 60% off.
Is it really THAT good?
I read several reviews and watched tens of youtube footagesâŚand still canât decide if it is worth spending my time on it⌠=/
What I hated the most, was the completely broken and the most terrible AI I have seenâŚand in a stealth action based on AI behaviour, it is quite a flaw⌠=(
What I loved though, was the storytelling and all the different choices you can make going through the storyâŚ
Now tell me, hehâŚ
Company of Heroes finally went on sale on steam. I have been watching for this one daily for a while now. Yeah!
The AI wasnât really much worse than any other recent third person/first person game in my opinion. I played through the game three times.
I found the characters and plot choices well worth the $40 admission price I paid at release. I personally feel the game got shafted by the media, but to each their own.
Here is the full review I posted on this forum after Iâd completed it:

Frozen Synapse on offer for a cent or more on the humble Frozen Synapse bundle. Might buy it for a dollar⌠honestly, I havenât played any of the indie games I got from them yet, unless I already owned them.
If you donât already have shadowgrounds, it alone is worth it. Thatâs probably where the Alien Swarm/Alien Breed idea originated, that game is amazing. (and far better than swarm/breedâŚits more RPG-inclined)
Shadowgrounds is where space siege got a lot of their ideas from. Some of them are 1:1 shameless rips.
Itâs a decent isometric shooter, but very light on the rpg elements, if you can even call them that. Also more of a casual chillout game than something you really get into. I felt I could really sit down for an evening of alien shooter, but shadowgrounds was more of an on and off thing.
I have Shadowgrounds. Always thought Alien Breed was inspired by Alien Breed by Team17âŚ
I didnât really like Alien Swarm/Breed, I did like Alien Shooter a lot though.
Shadowgrounds is where space siege got a lot of their ideas from. Some of them are 1:1 shameless rips.
Except Space Siege fell short of being a decent game while Shadowgrounds was pretty fun.
Just bought it for $10 and got the whole bundle on steam.
Also noticed notch is on top of the list of contributors. $2000 for the publicity.
He always does that, it was like that for the last two humble bundles as well iirc.
I think in the Frozen bundle he had a little âchatâ with some1 through the donators-list.
On Steam;
Blood Bowl for 80% off⌠still not sure wether to get it. Would probably end up being one of those games Iâd never play
Dungeon Siege III 50% off⌠definitely wonât get it, even if it were 90% offâŚ
Direct2Drive doesnât seem to have anything interesting currently. They did seem to fix the ability to set your own language/currency, which just made the site a lot less attractive when looking for a deal.
Iâd probably get it for 90% off
Can someone tell me anything about this game they released today Rise of Immortals? What kind of game is it? Anything it is similar to? Is it worth installing?
Rise of the Immortals = Play League of Legends instead.
A friend of mine bought some copies of Frozen Synapse and we had a run through last night.
Really really good game.
