I always thought moving around was choppy because of the game having to calculate all the moving parts.
Yesterday I installed the mod that lets you roll back the camera even more and I was expecting an even more choppy movement, instead when the mod is active, and there are even more moving parts on the screen, the movement is extremely smooth.
Disabling the mod the movement goes back to being choppy.
I have not found any information on the mod that it disables any effects, I was wondering why that would happen and if the devs could incorporate that in the base game.
