GOG Key Status

i have already asked and told no exchange, so no i dont have that option open to me at the moment.
Hence my question , is there a plan that will allow me to swap.
i am not a kickstarter but the sale site on humble stated i would receive a DRM free version on release, which was the reason i bought into the deal.
I dont want 2 copies i want a DRM free version

If you didn’t buy through the GD web site and you didn’t back it for the KS, then you wont have the option to get a DRM-free version.

I think there’s some confusion since you can buy the game through our website, which is then processed and distributed by Humble but also can buy it directly through the Humble storefront (which has only sold a basic steam copy).

All copies purchased through our website will receive the option of a GOG key.

Backer Rewards and DRM-Free Copy

I’m sorry but if you bought it off the Humble Storefront, it will not also grant a GoG key. It does clearly indicate that you only get a Steam key with that purchase.

Given the logistical complexities we’re already dealing with and distributor reluctance to issue people dual keys, I don’t think it makes sense to extend this beyond the people who are already expecting it.
