This “mod” changes the male and female character mesh (their heads) to Wilfor and Garradia as i found them to be really good looking.
For this to work you must apply an illusion to your helmet, the helmet illusion is a Quilted Circlet, if you don t have the respective helmet, just buy it off the vendor, or restart the game till he sells it.

If the changes are not showing up, you must restart your game for them to take effect. The male character is buggy, it works only when lighting level is set to low for some people, try it and see what works for you.
