Since level cap is increased, will there be T4 relics?
There will be new relics, but they are not intended to be dramatically stronger (not like the jump from Transcendent to Mythical). I can see builds using existing relics and some jumping to the new ones.
By the way, do you guys plan to bring in some new “rarity or color” of item?
I mean Diablo III did something…errr …creative with item tiers by introducing a new tier of items

I hope to god not. Legendary rarity as the final tier of rarity is more than enough. No need to introduce more crap like D3 did.

But i am calling it now, we won’t deal with Ulgrim this expansion. Malmouth and Ugdenbog will be main focus imo and no Ulgrim rescue mission. That’s my call and i can be wrong
Legendary is the final tier.
We will continue to raise lower level items up to higher levels with updated stats/new bonuses, but that’s not really a new tier.
There will be new items in the 1-75 range to accommodate the new classes.
