You would either need to contact humble bundle or Crate Entertainment and try to upgrade part of your bundle in some way.

Will Act 3 feature new music that isn’t yet included in the OST release? Will there be a volume 2 of the OST or will you add these tracks for people who already bought it?
Can people who have the early access game, still get the music?
I mean…I have it on iTunes…so yes.
I’m 99% sure that the OST features songs that do not trigger in Acts 1-2.
