what does that mean ?
the center of explosion deals less damage. Before it was 30% dmg penalty. Now its 25%.
so the shotgun effect ?
shotgun is still there, but it will deal less damage
you sure about that? If the damage penalty is lower, damage is higher. At least that’s how I understand it.
Ah yes, it deals more damage now compared to last patch, but not compared to the “old” rune where it had no damage penalty at all 
damage is 7% higher now
75/70 = 1.0714

Grim Dawn forum have lot of players from Russia and Poland. I am from Bulgaria. So there’s big chance if you ask questions in your native language, to receive accurate answers!
I think it doesn’t make sense for us to start posting in different languages. This is an English-speaking website, for a game from an English-speaking company.

I agree that if you know English, write. But if you have trouble, why don’t ask questions in your native language?

I’m not sure it’s necessary to expect such restrictions.
So long as non-English speakers are aware that they may not receive a response, I don’t see how this hurts anyone.

Man, it’s funny how different words sound in related languages. In Russian, “здрасти” is short and less formal form for “Здравствуйте!”, which is a formal greeting.
