Although it probably has something to do with lower global damage increase from racial damage leading to longer kill times and less life leeched. My vit/acid hybrid Dee build really suffered with this patch because it so heavily relied on racial damage to crutch the weakness of spam Dee sentinel.
In the case with some of the builds Iāve seen you post your DA is in the range of being critableā¦ thus even mobs having enough time for 1 more attack each on average put them at a much larger risk of death.
Back to old AAR. Just delete it already
Belated comment on review: finally some more inquis nerfs.
Two buffs and one nerf that doesnāt really do much because Deadly Aim is not all that good to begin with.
After over a year weāve seen plenty of evidence that inquisitor is a stupendous support mastery due to exceptionally high stat density on various skills. Values have been chipped away here and there but deadly aim remained wonderfully dense. At 0% CDR people have universally taken it to 12/12, it provided more stats point for point than investments into arcanistās Inner Focus and Elemental Balance, to draw from the most direct parallel.
I like OA and crit damage to be consistent and not proc off every five seconds like Deadly Aim. So iāll take Inner Focus and Elemental Balance over something incredibly inconsistent like a proc that procs off from crits in a mastery that only has OA in an exclusive. To make claims such as yours even funnier, i have tested with and without Deadly Aim and barely noticed an increase in DPS.
But i forgot, some people still follow the meme that inquisitor is somehow āovertunedā or ābrokenā, because being good at something these days is being either of those things for some reason.
According to it, the new gun has the VoS ability to pierce through ennemy. I didnāt find the stats on it very impressive now i know why

Plus Storm Box was nerfed last major patch. Luckily Pain and Ignaffar are little bit better.
I measure it by less than a day, inquisitor is getting its power shifted out of high efficiency passives and into its active skills.

I havenāt read all the comments, but yes 18% of your weapon damage total. So stacking weapon damage is not a great strategy, but it does add some additional healing by allowing part of your adcth stat to be carried over.
Am i thunderstruck or one of new items is one-handed axe that buffs Primal Strike?
And Reaper main am i. Morgo set nerf kinda bad and all, unable to facetank Ravager and Mogdrogen now. Yet it is OK to let Conjurer with Nightbringer facetank damn Callagadra?

Frankly, iām a bit confused by the buffs/nerfs of this patch.
For a lot of items, the changes seem to be done only for the sake of changing something.
Once again, iām stuck in a loop of swapping items for other items on my characters. Were these items op, overused or Best-In-Slot? No. Itās just tedious.
Once again, i have to tinker with my AAR character because it must be nerfed for whatever reason in almost every single patch.
ā¦ And on the other side, no changes for lolskills like Aegis of Menhir or Rune of Haggarad that commit the crime of being too good onceā¦ And even a nice nerf for Blade Spirit that was always bad.
ā¦ Is inquisitor considered good? Seriously? Runes are useless, Storm Box only good for devotions, flames of ignaffar still inferior to AAR, inquisitor seal wonāt save you in SR. Only the auras & deadly aim are still good.
Oathkeeper is generally far superior as a secondary class with Presence of Virtue, Ascension & Guardian.
Ah yes, the Fire Nightblade, especially with amulet slot taken. A recepie for a potent ugdenbloom farmer. Just what players that get to the endgame and that can afford to farm days and days for the specific Conduit need.
The whole āConduits for memesā design is deeply flawed. When you legitimately grind for hundreds of hours to get to those Conduit Blueprint drops and then legimately grind to roll a specific Conduit you definitely donāt want it a gimmicky Acid Trozan or Fire Blade Spirits - fun concepts that have 0 support outside those very Conduits. You would want a strong endgame build at this point.
And I am not even talking about players whose legitimate +1 to BS Conduits turned into pumpkins (together with the builds) after this patch.

Raise the Dead: fixed an issueā¦ Skeletons are now invincible, but no longer collide with enemies.
That was the fun part of the skill , seing ennemies fighting with the pathfinding.
