Then you should contact Humble Support and report the issue.
Hopefully, I will see that listed soon in my order…and, I can join you both in enjoying The Crucible.
Ah well, it was worth a shot.
Guess he’ll just have to wait. Some people I think had it appear after logging out then back in (or even refreshing the page). Humble is weird like that sometimes.
Just to be clear. I do not have a Humble Bundle account, and I am not logging into or out of the Humble Bundle website. A Humble account is not required to get a key. Crate Entertainment is using the Humble Bundle infrastructure as a key distributor.
I am using Humble’s resender tool to get keys. Only an email address is required for that. Crate gave the KS backer email addresses to Humble.
We can relive the horror of the obsolescence of the old KS keys and the creation of the new Humble Bundle keys by rereading Kickstarter Project Update #48.
I’m in the exact same boat as you. Jimmy copy/pasted that to me as well
Hi,
Go to humble and login or use the link humble in your email “Project update #54”.
At the top right with your adress mail you can select “Library”,“Purchases”,“Keys”, “Coupons”, …
Select “Purchases” , not “keys”.
Click on your game, for me “Grim Dawn Patron Edition”.
Choose steam or gog, for me steam and “click here for your steam keys”
Redeeming your keys steam
Activate a product on steam.
Hope it’s help.
Yeah I think most of us have tried this already. Unfortunately we are just a few people who simply haven’t gotten the keys as we should. Hopefuly it shouldn’t take too long to get it sorted out though.
After speaking with Humble, there may have been a mix-up with one of the Kickstarter tiers not getting the keys when it should have. That has now been amended.
I’ve gotten mine at least, thanks!
Just bought it! Thank you!
I cannot play the crucible mode! In the the game menu, the crucible option is missing!! Why! I played the game more than 900 hours. I have a full steam copy. Today the update (1.0.0.5) is installed fine, but the crucible playing mode option is not displayed
I’m triying to check the game files in the steam. I’ts said every files is ok. I’m resetting the settings, but nothing happens, the crucible mode is still cannot displayed in the menu. WTF???
Restart Steam perhaps? Is the DLC displayed in the game library?

Do you own the DLC?
Having a full Steam copy doesn’t necessarily mean you get the DLC free. Only if you bought the game from Crate’s website before or during the Kickstarter campaign or if you were a Kickstarter backer. If you’re neither of those then the DLC isn’t free and you’ll need to buy it to play.
I cant see dlc files in my database directory, but my game version is 1.0.0.5.
But i don’t know what files is the dlc files. Steam restarted, but nothing happens.:furious:
WTF??? I’m bought the game is an early access key in the steam! Every updates having fine, except this. I read the forum, the 1.0.0.5 update contains this DLC!
It does not matter what version of the game you have. The Crucible is separate from the main game and you may need to buy it. If you bought the game on Steam then it’s not free. It’s $4.99, but there’s a 15% discount for it at the moment.
Hmm. I thought I got the DLC for free since I did the $85 humble bundle Loyalist Edition but it isn’t installed…
Just to be clear, I was under the impression that that purchase entitled me to all expansions and DLC’s as they were released?
What do I do to fix it? (Steam version).
The Crucible is not the expansion, and thus is not part of the Loyalist edition. The Loyalist edition includes the base game, in-game goodies and the first expansion.
