With 4 acts, we beat the final boss the game at level 40-45 in Normal and 65-70 in Elite - and only the last faction quests left.
It would be great with the Act 5 to naturally “end” the game at 50+ in Normal and 75+ in Elite, in order to directly continue to next difficulty and no longer have to do all the quests (without the possibility to skip one) and farm a bit more until reaching next stuff threshold.
Are we getting more inventory bags? 
and more smuggler stash space?

Were there or are there any plans of adding explorable areas and dungeons to all of the “unknown” areas of the world of Cairn? There is like 30% of Cairn that has cities, castles and dungeons, the rest is greyed out.
After the expansion, are there plans of adding new content for Grim Dawn or there are other game projects?
Continued support depends on how well the expansion sells and how well Grim Dawn continues to sell. Long as interest continues, more content will be added. Cairn will continue to be fleshed out based on these factors.

a second expansion has not been announced yet, and obvioulsy the second quarter is not Nov - Dec, for one a quarter is 3 months (quarter of a year) and the second one obviously is April to June
