yes plz do this it would be da bomb lol
The sheer number of builds from this alone is mind boggling. Much better idea.
While we are here, how about some:
Sword and board forcewave spam?
You do understand that you are now obliged to show us Onslaught, Bloodborne, and Bloodfangs in action as soon as possible, yes?
We want Bycila hentai
I was wondering if I could add a one-click bomb device to the DLC, thanks
Like Canister Bomb?
Don’t do that, its much cheaper. Just wait till Public testing is announced and sign up.
I am getting super hyped for the expansion
Thank you for the latest Grim Misadventure :>
@Zantai I noticed a slight typo with this screenshot!
I am pretty sure it should be “+10% chance to use Bloodfangs” or “+10% chance to be used with Bloodfangs”
ermmm, pretty sure someone out there could already use AI for that
to be used
is the “distinguishing” part of wps tooltip/setting them apart from regular procs Search - Grim Dawn Item Database, probably then carries over when it’s a modifier stat %/trigger increase
Thank you for clearing that up
I just wasn’t 100% sure if it was the same as the WPS tooltips or if it was a typo
2025 couldn’t come fast enough. Very hyped for this.
Seems that with the ascension systems Grim Dawn is taking the aproach of a customizable endgame experience where players can form their own experience with customizing the risk and reward, and incorporating different types of content to the endgame (tempest totems, marked by the void, dread,…).
I remember a few years ago, when someone asked Zantai if Crate was gonna make and endless endgame system similar to D3’s greater rifts, Zantai said that they intended to keep the Grim Dawn experience was to get giga juiced, beat the game, and then move on or start a new character (please correct me if I’m mistaken, my memory about this is pretty blurry). Honestly that was a good take since D3’s greater rifts and uncapped paragon levels is very boring.
But with the ascension systems seems that Crate wants to put more emphasis on the endgame grind (maybe?). This feels pretty similar to the fomula that POE have successfully brewed ( customizable endgame difficulty/reward, different types of contents: harvest, delirium, breach,… and the million more league mechanics they already have). This fomula feels way better than an infinite greater rift system imo, and other games like Last Epoch seems to also have the same vision. Tbh Grim Dawn’s Marked by the Void seems pretty similar to POE’s strongbox, which is great since Crate is incorporating ideas and elements from the community into the game, and the mechanic from the Community League was probably drawing a lot of inspirations from other games like POE.
This is a very great move imo. I think modern ARPGS and especially loot based ARPGs should have a deep and replayable endgame gameplay loop. The journey to being powerful is great, but it’s also great to play the game and enjoy the power you have gained when you already have endgame power and still have a stretch hard-to-obtain goal to min max your character.
I’m more interested in how the item affix grim misadventure is gonna look like tho. Feels like Grim Dawn is missing a little on the gear upgrading/crafting/modification end, especially when the ascension system is gonna make getting gear drop from monster easier by target farming ( perhaps?). Having spent a few thousand hours on POE and Lost Ark, successfully crafting a good piece of gear gives the same dopamine hit as hearing that “zing” from a good monster drop imo. And the component system in Grim Dawn feels a little outdated tbh, especially when they drop pretty common and people are probable having a few thousands of each in their stash. And it doesn’t feel that satisfying slapping a piece of component on gear imo.
Anyway, can’t wait for Sep 23, now I’ll be back to being depressed over Wukong’s lore.
new mastery demo gameplay , when ?
I think it would be incredibly cool if siding with barrowholm gets you these ravager pets. Gives more reason to side with them.
am i the only one that keeps seeing those wendigos as attached to player shoulder as if char’s arms?
Not at all. When I first saw the pic I thought they were wings.
I just noticed this item have bonuses to 5 skills, whenever, current template allows only 4.
@Zantai A question, will there be any major updates until FoA release? I mean, like the scale of Evasion mechanic or 2H animation improvements?
I completely overlooked the very interesting modifiers to Dual Blades and Belgothian’s Shears here!
Is this a special thing that works with only this specific One-Hanged Crossbow or is it a coming change to the Dual Blades functionality? Does this affect all One-Handed Ranged items? Is there any chance the WPS line will work with Two-Handed Weapons in FoA?
I have 2 really big problems:
- I missed the plushie AGAIN like a n00b
- I demand moar content so Crate can take my $$$
That is all.
