Will there be upgrade versions of legendary items scaled to level 84/94 by any chance?
That’s what Awakening items is supposed to do, if I understand correctly.
Awakening is for Epic items only, not for boosting levels on existing Legendary items…

If you have specific lower level Legendary items in mind that do not have a Mythical version already, you can suggest them and beseech the forum powers and spirits.

I see the awakened versions with worse rolls than the base item and I want to run away screaming. Can’t wait to awaken an Epic with 19% attack speed/Cooldown only to be greeted by a Legendary with 13%…
The bonuses really should have a guaranteed minimum equal to at least the average of the non-awakened item.
Or… are item rerolls still going to be a thing in the xpac? IIRC, it was mentioned earlier, but not sure.
