Highly doubtful. I would imagine those difficulties will come near release.
Same goes for legendary items, though maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll slip those in before release. fingers crossed

Thank you. I wish it’ll be released soon. The current difficulties are way too easy, haven’t touched the game in a long time due to zero challenge. :undecided:
Great news ! Many thanks !
Unfortunately, this is the very thing that I’m sure a lot of people don’t realize.
I know you have mentioned this a few times here and there, but I’m sure quite a number of people do not understand that the level ranges were changed for the Alpha, but will be dropped down for release, right?
Any idea what the monster ranges are intended to be for certain areas or at least what the levels we should be when finishing Normal difficulty versus the Elite and Legendary difficulties? Or will that be determined later closer to when the game is content complete (or almost ready for release)?
Since we are not getting all of Act 4, no.
I need now too
I just so happened to have this Friday off, so I was hoping that I might get to drown myself in possibilities over the weekend. Looks like that won’t be the case though.
Overall I would give it 10/10 hype trains but 10/10 sad pandas.
The post says ‘the opening of act 4’, so probably the first half of act 4, not all of act 4. There never was any reason to expect more, not sure why you did or are now disappointed that you were wrong
the game has been released in chunks for some time, unrealistic to think that act 4 will be complete, nothing to be disappointed about, game is making good progress and more content is coming!
based on what ?
1Q gives them 4.5 months for content that probably takes 1.5 months to finish. 1Q is still very much a possibility…
There seem to be some doubts/questions regarding what was shown in today’s preview and how that relates to earlier statements about the game becoming content complete and the eventual full release.
That has not changed. We are still on track.
Looks great! Hoping for a Christmas release and can’t wait to level more and start finally optimizing pet Conjurer with the extra skill points!
I take it totems and player scaling pets still won’t be able to proc on attack effects still, or does this new tech fix that also?
Also, can devotion effects now be applied to other devotion skills? I want a horde of skeletons proccing meteors!
I agree. Thing is, PoE expansion and D3 patch are coming in Q1(D3 patch maybe in December), so maybe business-wise will be better to wait a little bit more for release.
Honestly …
Who cares… Keep on Keeping on if you are making this kinda progress. Hell if it meant you would keep developing the game for ever if you never released it … I am game.
The awesomeness of what you are putting together really is good stuff!
Btw after release are you guy’s going to immediately offer presale of a xpack and start in with what your wanting to expand ? I’de buy it right away i’ll tell you that. I know GD is a present i am buying for lots of friends !
Keep on Keeping on Zantai !
Act 4 is larger than what you guys first expected, isn’t it?
Can’t wait!
wat.
Edit:
This is what they’ve been saying since…ever.
Why not make scraps and other items like it account bound? I don’t understand why these are character specific.
Ok so one last question from me, are we gonna be able to get to farming legion and outcast rep in b28?
Nice update. I am looking forward to using some stuff that I have that is 50+ and I want that Eastern armor. It will also be nice to do content and have it start raising my level again.
I suspect that those that are disappointed and complaining about the wait for the game to be completed will quickly race through the final game and then move almost immediately on to something else.
It is the whole instant gratification syndrome world that we live in now. No patience and no long term commitments.
