You set a high standard … I can hardly imagine us to be more hungry and noisy than …
But if I must I shall devour your poor excuse of a zombie infestation and find out the stats of Boltspitter, Anarchy and Reaper’s Touch by looting them myself. Just make sure there are enough zombies to feed me for three hours. :eek:

That crown kinda reminds me of the Overlord helmet, but that’s probibly because i’ve ben re-playing it lately just to hear the minions cry; “kill! Kill!” and giggle so evily. They’re utterly adorable.
It fits the life leech resistance of the Nether Crown.
This is a hell of an early unique. What did you say again how often does “Activates on attack” trigger?
The lowest level epic you will find is actually level 10.
Chance on hit/on attack vary, with a proc rate set on the item. In this case, it is 5%.

There are currently about 100 epic items in the game that are hooked up to loot tables.
The Nether crown reminds me of the Crown of Narfell in Dungeons and Dragons. Evil to the core.
That Reapers touch is VERY tempting!
How many unique items did the TQ:IT had… and just to compare, how many epic items do you expect to have in final version of Grim Dawn.
Is there a way to boost the chances of trigering special effects on items?
Wow, now that is the unique item I would drool over. 
Basically I would determine the chance according to the base speed of the weapon. A slower weapon would get a higher chance from me. There might be other factors for Crate.
I think you cannot affect this chance but the frequency of triggering it by increasing your attack speed.
