Ok, I see what you mean here…working as intended but I forgot how unfair those aetherfly things fight…I was just going to test the queen and cannot even get there. Will adjust this…it was fun and hard the first 2 times but by the third encounter just looking for the hole in the ground, I was getting annoyed.

Amazing mod. I wish I could try it together with omega mod, but my attempts to merge them ended in miserable failure:(

By the way, aren’t you considering adding a few more skill points to help out with survivability against those hordes of horrors?

When I hit v0.7 I will go ahead and merge it with the other mods if needed, but atm, it is broken (Grimmest) in parts…Honestly, if I had not released it as WIP, I might never had done all this, but the need /want seems to be there, so I will soldier on.

I am considering more skill points, 3 per level all the way to cap, and more devotion points, but want to get all the proxies sorted out first. I also plan to add more named Heroes, and will try to get legandaries dropping a bit earlier. If others succeed in lifting the level cap, I would do that as well, as evidently you can be almost at cap by the end of one playthrough.

Anyway, I mght have fixed the Queen, but the road to her is quite hellish atm and I need to reduce some spawns in the Rotting Croplands before I can re-release 0.6.6 as the bug queen is bugged in the current version.

Hi gezas, I did not try this mod yet.
What was wrong when trying to merge the two files ?
I uploaded a new version without gameengine.dbr (not really used in my mod anyways).
If you tell me I can try to look how to make them compatible.

Oh nothing is wrong pal, i’m just not great at working with modding tools even with the tutorial help, hence why I failed

  1. AssetManager, creat new mod and quit
  2. Windows, unzip Grimmest mod source files into database and resources folders created by AM in #1
  3. Windows, unzip mod to merge and copy sources with windows to the same mod folder so that Windows asks you if you want to merge the database folder, and then the resources folder, you want to overwrite records with the same name, loosing Grimmest records to the mod to merge cause I bet the other mod needs the file more.
  4. AM build mod
  5. test

I uploaded a fusion test version between Grimmer and Omega mod , can you tell me if it works ?
Of course I credit the Grimmer and Grimmest mod in the readme.
If you want to keep your recipe you need to rename the mod folder omega (or copy/paste the recipes in the right folder)

Hm, my mistake might have been choosing not to replace. Am I supposed to press yes to all when it asks me if i want to remove not associated files?

Please use v0.6.6.1, I just removed v0.6.6 cause it was bugged, I still have not had time to test the bug Queen, but I restore the record to vanilla, so I have to assume it will work and I would rather you not merge with the bugged version.

However i tried the fusion version and it works for me (the quest giver is here!).
Are you sure you have copied the right folder, at the right emplacement and then selected the right mod ?
You need to select the new mod when launching the game otherwise it will use the old one.

If you are talking to me, permission granted, just be sure to use latest version.

Does it work ?
Please verify you choose the last mod and delete the old /rename the new one.
If you want to keep your recipes you will need to copy the file file and put it in the right mod folder or rename grimmest to omega.
When you start a custom game, verify to choose the right one.I don’t understand why it doesn’t work on your computer.
