I’ve gotten a dozen Dread, half since the hotfix.
Colour me skeptical, but I call bullshit on their being weighted equally.
But Soulrend is vendor trash, comparatively, yeah.

now can drop on lvl 80+ characters?
can those rings drop in CRUCIBLE ? I really want to know that , I farm crucible alot but didn’t dropped so far.
not luck to find any of them in SoT. killed that ass like 50 times on ultimate none of them dropped.
