You need some source of Reduced Target’s Resistances,
for example Scales of Ulcama devotion which would also heal you and allow to not drink Energy pots.
Others are Revenant with Skeleton or Elemental STorm.
you could use skillpoints to solve the above given problem, ravenous earth. The second node also reduces damage from monsters which is nice
Nah, RE resistances reduction only works when RE kills an enemy (not even when when you kill it with Shadow Strike while RE is active). It then explodes casting this debuff. You can never rely on it for resistance reduction.

The idea is to convert from vitality to cold and take some vitality devotions. Lot’s of life steal as well.
Build might be little outdated, I haven’t followed all the changes.

@DJsodaFan I’d recommend devo as above (slightly modified Nery’s) because not only it has good damage but also sick Life Leech
(Rattosh debuffs enemies Life Leech resistance which can be even 90% at times)

Well here’s some devo with Leviathan if you really like but it has less leech (but maybe you won’t need for your purposes). I changed some components / augments to bump up DA in this link too. I like Whirpool too, lol. Maybe if you’re dying you can switch to the previous devo.

Also take a look how I bind devotions because it’s pretty important too (not sure about Whirlpool / Storm bindings, maybe they should be swapped but it kinda depends on playstyle).

maybe u find some stuff/ideas from my reaper - with that setup u can kill ravager of minds and so on hardcore
u will have more def on procs and mana is no probleme all over the place

You add Hand of Ultos and don’t lose other procs. Just some DA and stuff but you don’t need it for Bloom farming anyway.
