How to move the Cemetery and Town Center
Not currently possible as far as I am aware. I think it makes sense for the town center and adds some meaning to your initial choice of location. However, I think there should be some leeway for an empty graveyard. Once there are graves though it makes sense as people probably would be quite upset having their loved ones dug up moved an reburied!

you can move the towncenter by destroying it with the tool and build a new one.

The cemetery is impossible to move, but the town center can (the hard way.)
For moving the town center use the clearing tool, select it. It destroys the building, but all tier 2 and higher stuff will be locked. You can rebuild the town center somewhere else, but everything that needs the town center will cease to operate. So, in tier 3 or higher, you beter don’t do it. (I’ve tried it in v0.7.3, never again I’m going to do something so scary. Basically you’re whole economy goes at the border of collapse.)

In the next release, they will offer the ability to move graveyards.
