I need help to find masteries skills files

I found the masteries folders from playerclass01 to playerclass09 in database\records\skills\

But the last 3 folders, playerclass07, playerclass08, and playerclass09, which are necromancer, inquisitor and oathkeeper, are missing their skills files. It only shows 2 files, _classtraining_class.dbr and _classtree_class.dbr. Why?

Most likely they didn’t extract, you will need to find another method to extract them (it’s a known bug with assetmanager atm, see here http://www.grimdawn.com/forums/showthread.php?t=82019)

Those files are in
Working\mods\gdx1
Working\mods\gdx2
You can use AssetManager to copy paste any file you need from there to your mod.
